Service Payments

• Advance or deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs

Monthly & Support Services
AMC, maintenance, digital marketing, and subscription services are billed per period and are non-refundable once the service cycle has started.

Third-Party Purchases
Payments made for domains, hosting, software licenses, equipment, advertisements, or third-party tools are non-refundable.

Billing Errors
Any billing concern must be reported within 7 days of payment.
